The fatal error of Pope Pius XII, in fact it was during the last years of his Pontificate that the Vatican in 1957, using its authority, ordered the Bishop of Fatima Jose Da Silva to send ipso facto the sealed envelope containing the 3rd Secret and all documents about it, but I learned during my investigation and in Fatima itself that this was in no way the will of Our Lady, this text of 25 lines as well as the vision of the Secret had to be revealed to the world and I mean to the world and not only to Catholics, from Portugal and from Portugal only as indicated on the sealed envelope by Sister Lucy herself “By express order of Our Lady, this envelope can be opened in 1960 ONLY by the Cardinal Patriarch of Lisbon or the Bishop of Leiria.”

Few know it yet but the secret was never intended for any Pope, only the Consecration of Russia was asked to the Pope because Our Lady knew that no Pope would ever reveal it, It is not easy for anyone to reveal a document that speaks about you in explicit terms, even less so for a Pope, the Holy Father is known around the world as a Spiritual Father and the Vicar of Christ to this day, which is a very good picture, No one thinks of questioning the words of a Pope, his authority is recognized in the world and still today by most people as the representative of God on earth.

My investigation also confirms that several Pontificates are described in this text, the year 1960 for Pope John 23 and the vision of the secret concerns probably Popes Benedict XVI and Francis, I also learned that the new Pope Leo is himself concerned because of the timing of the Prophecy, de facto I confirm that there is a very clear time scale for the 3rd Secret of Fatima but known to few Scholars only.
