The Guilty Silence ?

Top Vatican cardinals aren’t commenting on pope’s exhortation

April 25, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Two of the Vatican’s most senior prelates, both known for taking a strong stand for the Church’s tradition at the Synod on the Family, are declining interviews on Pope Francis’ controversial apostolic exhortation.

Vatican reporter Edward Pentin reports that neither Cardinal Gerhard Müller, prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, nor Cardinal Robert Sarah, prefect of the Congregation for Divine Worship, has commented on Amoris Laetitia or given any media interviews about the document.

Müller and Sarah have repeatedly spoken in the past about the Church’s teaching on the indissolubility of marriage and that teaching’s implications for those in second unions whose previous marriages the Church has not declared null.

LifeSiteNews has also spoken to other cardinals who declined to comment.  Sources close to the Vatican have indicated that some cardinals are reticent to comment out of concern that to do so could negatively affect the institution of the papacy.

In the wake of the exhortation’s release, German Cardinal Walter Kasper, who has spent much of Pope Francis’s papacy advocating for a radical shift in the Church’s official approach to those in unions it considers objectively sinful, celebrated the document.  Kasper said it allows for Holy Communion for remarried divorcees in some cases.

In his first reaction to Amoris Laetitia, Cardinal Raymond Burke, the patron of the Sovereign Military Order of Malta and the former prefect of the Apostolic Signatura, wrote that although the exhortation is “a non-magisterial document,” it must be interpreted through the lens of magisterial Catholic doctrine.  Cardinal Burke has not yet offered his appraisal of the document itself, however.

Over the weekend, Bishop Athanasius Schneider, Auxiliary Bishop of the Archdiocese of Maria Santissima in Astana, Kazakhstan, became the first bishop to publicly criticize the document. The bishop decried the confusion it generated and asked Church leaders and the laity to call on Pope Francis to clarify that the exhortation must be interpreted in continuity with the Church’s long-held teachings.  Schneider also warned that Amoris Laetitia “can realistically be utilized to legitimize the abuse” of giving Holy Communion to divorced and remarried Catholics.

My Comment : No Comment.

Still working on the Fatima 3rd Secret, A reader sent to me the attached video about the Secret, I had no time yet to Watch the video in full but it looks that sensitive souls should refrain watching, for others, discernment is of course required, nevertheless some détails especially from Fathers Malachi Martin, Gruner, Kramer…etc.. looks interesting, thanks.

  1. Cardinals are most likely scared… exactly like apostles in Gethsemane. However the longer they will wait, the more damage Francis will do to the Church… Unless they are organizing themselves secretly and we do not know about this yet.

Aviso, I understand that you are against prophecies of Maria Divine Mercy, but she has your answer, the answer you looking for: https://fatherofloveandmercy.wordpress.com/2013/07/22/mother-of-salvation-the-last-secret-of-fatima-was-not-revealed-so-terrifying-was-it/

God didn’t keep silence… He didn’t leave us to the wolves without warning us ahead of this horrible time, but it is a matter of believe! I do believe these prophesies and I have peace of mind.

  2. We are now living in very very difficult times. Everything is very confused than before. I think the messages of Garabandal and message of Akita may be similar. They mentioned about our priests. We need to pray for these shepherds. Our lady promises to repay us if we say a rosary for the priests, her beloved sons. I got two lovely surprises from Our Lady. Unexpectedly a priest from USA came to stay at my house for a few days. I felt honored that Our lady sent him to me under a strange cirumstance.

  3. Hello Aviso, Can you send me an email – robertstardis [at] gmail.com – as I have something I need to ask you in private. Thank you. R.O.

  4. No, unfortunately I haven´t but I will.Thank you for your advice.I think we´re living these crucial times now.I don´t know who will consacrate Russia now.Pope Francis won´t do it, I´m 100 percent sure about that because consider this: if he is just a bishop of Rome who has demoted ecclesiastical powers to local conferences of bishops, how could they call all of them to Rome for the consecration?Frank

  5. Have you also looked at the full text of all the prophecies of Blessed Mariana de Jesus Torres? Here there are secrets which are revealed in full but hidden and forgotten… til recently, from Our Lady of Good Success! And they were stated as for our specific time period/century. I don’t think there has ever been a prophecy from the Bible or from Our Blessed Mother that has not been fulfilled and there never will be. So you’d be silly not to read and ponder or mediate on them in prayer. “Mary kept all these things and pondered them in her heart”. We can’t always interpret correctly but we do know, God doesn’t speak idle or untruthful Words. What He does say, will happen…the question is ‘Is it happening now?’

    • Yes Donna, it is happening Now, unfortunately and in my humble opinion, I am rarely wrong, 2017 to 2019 are the years I follow closely, the good timing has always been a Cross for me.

  6. But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we have preached to you, he is to be accursed! As we have said before, so I say again now, if any man is preaching to you a gospel contrary to what you received, he is to be accursed!…Galatians 1:8
Do you mean to imply that St.Peter was a big fundamentalist when he said this and should have said:
“But even if we or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to what we´ve preached to you, I advise you to keep silent and swallow and accept whatever this new angel said onto you? After all, who am I before the Lord to judge and we´re not allow to throw the stones of judgement on anyone because our God of surprises can make even from an repugnant thing a glamorous one …..Francis´s gospel
