24 Hours later, I change my mind because of your emails, I could not sleep, it looks that my conclusion in 1 line is not enough for many of you, you wanted more details about my conclusion, so tie your Belts and keep your Rosary next to you, let’s start with the Third Apparition of Fatima on July 13, 1917, that day our Lady gave to the little Sheperds, what we will call the Fatima 3rd Secret, our main topic, step by step as usual, I will take you to my Conclusion : Rome will lose the Faith and become the Seat of the Antichrist

What does Your Grace want of me?’ I asked.
‘I want you to come here on the 13th of next month, to continue reciting the Rosary every day in honor of Our Lady of the Rosary, in order to obtain peace in the world and the end of the war, because only She can help you.’
‘I should like to ask You to tell us who You are, and to work a miracle so that everyone will believe that Your Grace is appearing to us.’
‘Continue to come here every month. In October, I will say who I am and what I want, and I will perform a miracle so that all might see and believe.’
Here I made some requests which I do not remember. What I do remember, is that Our Lady said it was necessary to say the Rosary in order to obtain these graces throughout the year.
Our Lady continued: ‘Sacrifice yourselves for sinners, and say often to Jesus, especially whenever you make a sacrifice: O Jesus, it is for love of Thee, for the conversion of sinners, and in reparation for the sins committed against the Immaculate Heart of Mary.’
As Our Lady spoke these last words, She opened Her hands once more, as She had done during the two previous months. The rays of light seemed to penetrate the earth, and we saw as it were a sea of fire. Plunged in this fire were demons and souls in human form, like transparent burning embers, all blackened or burnished bronze, floating about in the conflagration, now raised into the air by the flames that issued from within themselves together with great clouds of smoke, now falling back on every side like sparks in huge fires, without weight or equilibrium, amid shrieks and groans of pain and despair, which horrified us and made us tremble with fear. (It must have been this sight which caused me to cry out, as people say they heard me). The demons could be distinguished by their terrifying and repellent likeness to frightful and unknown animals, black and transparent like burning coals. That vision lasted only a moment, thanks to our good Mother of Heaven, Who, at the first apparition, had promised to bring us to Heaven. Without that, I think we would have died of terror and fear.
Terrified and as if to plead for succor, we looked up at Our Lady, who said to us, so kindly and so sadly:
‘You have seen hell where the souls of poor sinners go. To save them, God wishes to establish in the world devotion to My Immaculate Heart. If what I say to you is done, many souls will be saved and there will be peace. The war is going to end; but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the reign of Pius XI. When you see a night illumined by an unknown light, know that this is the great sign given you by God that He is about to punish the world for its crimes by means of war, famine, and persecutions of the Church and of the Holy Father.
‘To prevent this, I shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays. If My requests are heeded, Russia will be converted and there will be peace; if not, she will spread her errors throughout the world, causing wars and persecutions of the Church. The good will be martyred, the Holy Father will have much to suffer, various nations will be annihilated. In the end, My Immaculate Heart will triumph. The Holy Father will consecrate Russia to Me, and she will be converted, and a period of peace will be granted to the world. In Portugal, the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved, etc. Do not tell this to anybody. Francisco, yes, you may tell him.
‘When you pray the Rosary, say after each mystery: O my Jesus, forgive us, save us from the fires of hell. Lead all souls to Heaven, especially those who are most in need.’
On July 13, 1917, the Pope is Benedict XV (remember his name for the rest of my conclusion), in this Prophecy our Lady named his Successor 5 years before his election (1917-1922 = 5 Years), Pope Pius XI elected as the New Pontiff on February 1922.
in 1917, Our Lady already warns that during the Pontificate of Pius XI and if people do not cease offending God, a worse war than world war 1 will break out during his reign, To prevent this, she shall come to ask for the consecration of Russia to her Immaculate Heart, and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays.
On June 13, 1929, so 12 Years later and as promised, our Lady appeared to Sister Lucy in Tuy (Spain) and she said :
“The moment has come in which God asks the Holy Father to make, in union with all the bishops of the world, the consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart, promising to save it by this means. So numerous are the souls which the justice of God condemns for sins committed against Me, that I come to ask for reparation. Sacrifice yourself for this intention and pray.”
On June 1929, the Pope is Pius XI for 7 Years (1922-1929), so this request from our Lady is intented for him and for him only (“God asks THE Holy Father”) , The Pope died on February 1939, 10 Years later (1929-1939) within these 10 Years, Pope Pius XI did not obey and the divine Punishment of the Prophecy, a worse war than world War 1, happened as predicted :
1939 – 1945 : World War II, Over 60 million people were killed, about 3% of the 1940 world population
However In August 1931,. Our Lord already complained to Sister Lucy of the tardiness of His ministers who delay the Consecration of Russia to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, as requested by Our Lady of Fatima on June 13, 1929 at Tuy :
“Make it known to My ministers, given that they follow the example of the King of France in delaying the execution of My command, they will follow him into misfortune. It is never too late to have recourse to Jesus and Mary.”
then later “They did not wish to heed My request! … Like the King of France they will repent of it, and they will do it, but it will be late. Russia will have already spread its errors in the world, provoking wars and persecutions against the Church. The Holy Father will have much to suffer”

Pope Pius XII, called also the Pope of Fatima
Elected Pope in 1939 on the brink of World War II, The Terrible War Prophesied by our Lady herself in 1917 so 22 Years before (read Part 1), Pope Pius XII had a Pontificate of 19 Years (1939-1958) and did much to promote Fatima, it’s also during his Pontificate in 1943 (October) that Sister Lucy received from her Bishop the express order, to write down the Fatima 3rd Secret, but 2 months Later Sister Lucy still has not done so, by 3 times the Seer had attempted to write it in order to obey to her Bishop but was never capable, only after the Apparition of our Lady on January 02, 1944 (Oct 1943-Jan 1944) so almost 3 months later, Sister Lucy was able to do so, on January 09, 1944, the Secret was finally written down, Our Lady asks it to be revealed to the world not later than 1960. When later asked why the people had to wait for the Third Secret to be revealed in 1960, Sister Lucy states: “Because the Blessed Virgin wishes it so,” and “It will be clearer then.”.
These details as the dates are very important, they are important because Pius XII, the Pope of the Dogma of the Assumption (1950) was also the First Pope who did a Consecration in response to our Lady of Fatima’s request, indeed in October and December 1942, 3 years after his election, the Great Pope consecrated the World to Mary’s Immaculate Heart and 2 years later in 1944 instituted the Feast of the Immaculate Heart of Mary (August 22) coinciding with the Tradional octave day of the Assumption but in October 1942 with the Prophesied World War II at its height, Pius XII did not Consecrated Russia as requested but the World which was not requested, nor did any of the World’s Bishop participate and The following spring (1943), as the war continued, Our Lord told Sr. Lucia that world peace would not result from the Pope’s consecration, but the war would be shortened only.
if Russia was Consecrated in 1942 as requested by our Lady and the Communion of Reparation on the First Saturdays promoted, Sister Lucy would not have had any terrible difficulties to write down 1 year later (Oct 1942- Jan 1944) the Fatima 3rd Secret and why writting a Secret if Heaven’s Requests were already accomplished, it’s precisely because our Lady’s requests WERE NOT yet accomplished in 1942 (1929 – 1942 = 13 YEARS later) that the 3rd Secret was needed to be known and written, this fact only confirms that the 1942 Consecrations were not done as requested but did Pope Pius XII was well informed of the exact request of our Lady made to Sister Lucy in 1929 at Tuy ? well who can beleive that the Vicar of the Lord might not been aware in 1942 so 13 Years later of this important Request, especially knowing that when he was still The Secretary of State under Pius XI, Msgr. Eugenio Cardinal Pacelli, prior to his elevation to the papacy in 1939 as Pius XII, made in 1936 the following astonishing prophecy to a close Friend (we have the evidence) about a coming upheaval in the Church :
“Suppose, dear friend, that Communism was only the most visible of the instruments of subversion to be used against the Church and the traditions of Divine Revelation … I am worried by the Blessed Virgins messages to Lucy of Fatima. This persistence of Mary about the dangers which menace the Church is a divine warning against the suicide of altering the Faith, in Her liturgy, Her theology and Her soul. I hear all around me innovators who wish to dismantle the Sacred Chapel, destroy the universal flame of the Church, reject Her ornaments and make Her feel remorse for Her historical past. A day will come when the civilized world will deny its God, when the Church will doubt as Peter doubted. She will be tempted to believe that man has become God. In our churches, Christians will search in vain for the red lamp where God awaits them. Like Mary Magdalene weeping before the empty tomb, they will ask, “Where have they taken Him?”
Confirming and without any possible doubt that in 1942, Pope Pius XII was well aware of our Lady of Fatima’s Request, what the Pope did not knew you yet was probably the exact content of the Secret ONLY.
1942 – 1945 : Probably the worst world war II years, the Terrible and Prophesied War officially ended in May 1945 just few months before the first Atomic Bombing in human history, of Hiroshima and Nagasaki (August 1945).
In 1950, 5 years later (after the War) on november 1st of this year, Pope Pius XII proclaim the Dogma of Mary’s Assumption, according to his own testimony, the Pope saw the Fatima Miracle of Sun 4 Times :
“He said he saw the phenomenon various times, considering it a confirmation of his plan to declare the dogma.
The papal note says that at 4 p.m. on Oct. 30, 1950 (1st Time), during his “habitual walk in the Vatican Gardens, reading and studying,” having arrived to the statue of Our Lady of Lourdes, “toward the top of the hill […] I was awestruck by a phenomenon that before now I had never seen.”
“The sun, which was still quite high, looked like a pale, opaque sphere, entirely surrounded by a luminous circle,” he recounted. And one could look at the sun, “without the slightest bother. There was a very light little cloud in front of it.”
The Holy Father’s note goes on to describe “the opaque sphere” that “moved outward slightly, either spinning, or moving from left to right and vice versa. But within the sphere, you could see marked movements with total clarity and without interruption.”
Pius XII said he saw the same phenomenon “the 31st of October and Nov. 1 (2nd and 3rd Time), the day of the definition of the dogma of the Assumption, and then again Nov. 8 (4th and last time), and after that, no more.”
4 Miracles of the Sun within the same year for the Pope of the Dogma of the Assumption after a world war II shortened due to his 1942 Consécrations according to Sister Lucy, Fatima and Heaven were following closely his Papacy, probably with Great Hope, indeed on May 1952, Our Lady appears to Sister Lucy saying: “Make it known to the Holy Father that I am always awaiting the Consecration of Russia to My Immaculate Heart. Without that Consecration, Russia will not be able to convert. Without that Consecration, the world cannot have peace.”. In July 7 of the same Year with the Korean War raging, Pope Pius XII did another consecration (the 3rd and last one). In this case, he specifically mentioned Russia, but did not ask any of the world’s Catholic bishops to join him in the ceremony. Without their participation, the consecration unfortunately still failed to satisfy Our Lady’s request.
On September 2 of the same year (1952), the Austrian Jesuit Father Joseph Schweigl is sent by Pope Pius XII to Coimbra, Portugal to interrogate Sister Lucy about the Third Secret. Father Schweigl later confides to one of his colleagues: “I cannot reveal anything of what I learned at Fatima concerning the Third Secret, but I can say that it has two parts: one concerns the Pope. The other, logically — although I must say nothing — would have to be the continuation of the words: In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved”. By the end of the Year 1952, Pope Pius XII was probably aware of the main content of the Fatima 3rd Secret, Undoubtedly because Father Schweigl informed him about the gravity of the events predicted in the final Secret but the Pope did not wished to read it, however Sister Lucy tried to meet the Pope several times, in 1944 as in 1946 but without success, she wanted to speak in person with the Holy Father and to tell him the 3rd Part of the Secret directly, in the history of the Fatima story, this is the first time that Sister Lucy wants to see the Pope in person which confirms that Pope Pius XII Pontificate was so IMPORTANT for Heaven and probably the last chance to avoid the Prophecy of the 3rd Secret, Indeed the year 1960 was approaching with great step.
5 Years later in 1957 (1952-1957), the 3rd Secret was finally sent and received in Rome (April 16, 1957), Pope Pius XII is still Pope and The text is placed in a safe, in his papal apartments not in the Holy Office, confirming the great importance for the Pope of the document, The secret was with the Pope for about 1 year and half (April 16, 1957 to October 09, 1958), He Finally died without having read it, despite having lived himself the Terrible Prophesied World War II and 4 Personnal Miracles of the Sun, Pope Pius XII as Pope Pius XI, did not obeye to our Lady’s Requests given in Tuy 29 Years before (1929 – 1958), the Pope of the Dogma died 1 year and few months only before the Year 1960, the Terrible Prophecy was about to begin but as we will see in the next Parts, Heaven did not say its last word and especially our Lady.

If one compares the pontificates of Pope Benedict XV (1914-1922) and Pope Pius XII (1939-1958) as both Pontificates are related to 2 World War, the 1st and 2nd World war, on May 5, 1917, Pope Benedict XV with a first World War raging, turned to our Lady and asked for World Peace, 8 Days later ONLY, at Fatima (May 13, 1917), the Virgin Mary came in response to the cries raised to her from the Pope and she said The war is going to end (the War ended 1 Year later), but if people do not cease offending God, a worse one will break out during the reign of Pius XI. While the Blessed Virgin responded to the Holy Father only eight days after he appealed to Her, in 1958 at the end of the Pontificate of Pope Pius XII and as indicated above, the Virgin was still waiting for the fulfillment of the collegial Consecration of Russia, the only way to have Peace according to her, this confirms when Popes obeys to Heaven, the Result is fast and de facto many souls are saved as well.

My Comment : This document was published for the first time on a Sedevacantist Blog in 2010, that’s the Problem but it looks that Marco Tosatti, the well known Fatima Scholar is taking it seriously as An analysis of the writing confirms that it is indeed the writing of Sister Lucia…. My Meetings with Archbishop Capovilla and the Socci-Cardinal Bertone Struggle

Dear Friends,
I am here to share the joy, the grace given to me by Providence, and to thank our good Lord together with all of you. I’ve received in fact the great honor to be involved in two important events in the last year. These two events became public news; they are both very important for all who love Our Lady of Fatima.
- I had the great satisfaction to meet Archbishop Mons. Loris Francesco Capovilla and to receive his testimony. He is (as we will see afterwards) a key witness to the Fatima events in general and to the Third Secret specifically.
- I also had the satisfaction of being the indirect cause of the controversy between Italian author Antonio Socci and Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, Vatican Secretary of State, which was reported widely in the Italian and international press and other media.
Let me start with my meetings with Archbishop Capovilla.
First of all: who is Archbishop Capovilla?
Archbishop Loris Francesco Capovilla is one of the most important witnesses to the Third Secret of Fatima, because he was the Personal Secretary of Pope John XXIII. He is still alive, almost 50 years after he became the Pope’s secretary, and he is now in his nineties. The Personal Secretary of John XXIII lives today in Sotto il Monte, a small town in the province of Bergamo, in northern Italy. He lives in this town because it is the famous birthplace of his illustrious principal, Pope Roncalli. There is a museum there, run by Sisters in honor of Pope John XXIII.
Archbishop Capovilla is one of the very few people known to have read the Third Secret of Fatima. In fact, as he himself declared — many years ago, even before the Vatican publication in the year 2000 — he knows the Third Secret. He declared he was present at the time the envelope containing the Third Secret was opened in the summer of 1959, at Castel Gondolfo, in Rome. Moreover, he declared that it was he himself who wrote on the outer envelope, at the dictation of John XXIII, the words “The Pope has read the contents of this package, spoke about it with his closest collaborators…” Eventually John XXIII told me to put it back in the envelope with the written statement “I don’t give any judgment.” He therefore maintained silence regarding something that might have been of divine origin or might not have been.
Archbishop Capovilla is therefore a key witness to this aspect of the Fatima events and to the content of the Third Secret. For many years now, both before and after the year 2000, the Italian media have always mentioned there are only four living persons who were known to have read the Third Secret, or at least to know it entirely: Pope John Paul II, Cardinal Ratzinger, Sister Lucy and Archbishop Capovilla. This information is not exact because there were, at the time, other persons who also knew or read it. But those four names were the only ones widely known in the public to know the whole Secret. Archbishop Capovilla is one of them, he knows the Third Secret and did read it personally.
Now today two of those witnesses, Pope John Paul II and Sister Lucy, are dead, the other living one being our present Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI; so Archbishop Capovilla is one of the two people, widely known, and who are still alive, to have read entirely the Third Secret, since it was first opened in 1959.
Everyone must realize, therefore, that his testimony is of extreme importance!
Here is what he told me during my meetings with him — I had four meetings in total with Archbishop Capovilla. The first one was in early April 2003; the second one was on July 5, 2006; the third one was in November 2006, a few days before Mr. Socci’s book was published — at that time Archbishop Capovilla already knew about that book, even before it was published. And the last time I met him was on June 21, 2007.
During this fourth and last meeting, in particular, I realized that Archbishop Capovilla was quite annoyed by the turmoil caused by his declarations. It is understandable: who knows what they might have done or said to him!
He told me on June 21, 2007, and as I saw for myself, Archbishop Capovilla was preparing a written report, consisting of documents, photocopies, papers, etc., and they “were things”, as he said, “that I have to reply to”. It seemed like the Vatican had asked him to give them a complete file about his statements; it is as if they said to him: “what exactly did you say to him? And why?”, or something like that.
So, if he was asked to justify himself or something like that, it is clear that the most important fact is that he has not retracted what he had said to me the year before, nor disowned the material he had sent to me: namely those statements and documents which I carefully transcribed and recorded. I did that so that I could report in detail everything that he said and sent to me, word for word. Of all those things he said, Archbishop Capovilla has not retracted anything, substantially. It is now August 2007, 10 months after the publication of Mr. Socci’s book, which caused all the turmoil: TV and newspapers have widely reported this book; debates, TV talk shows and major magazines reported it. The same paragraph in Socci’s book which spoke about my main meeting with Archbishop Capovilla was published in anticipation of the publication of that book, by the Italian newspaper Libero, on the front page, in November 2006. Thus his meetings and his statements were a major media event at that time.
But after 10 months Archbishop Capovilla has not retracted a single word of what he said to me. It is obvious that if there is no retraction after 10 months from the beginning of the problem, this very fact speaks for itself. It is understandable to be upset or annoyed by the clamor, by the fact of being forced to submit a complete dossier to the Vatican, in answer to their questions, to be forced to justify himself. It is obvious, but this doesn’t weaken but on the contrary it reinforces the value of this first testimony of such a qualified witness — as we will see later.
Archbishop Capovilla, at our last meeting in June, just two months ago, read to me some phrases out of a letter he wrote in answer to a French writer, who asked him for some clarifications on the matter. However, what he said to me clearly shows his actual desire not to be in the public eye anymore. But without any doubt, he never retracted what he had told me before, and what I had reported. For instance, he wrote to this French writer that “I didn’t speak of two different versions of the Third Secret.” This is obvious; try to imagine Sister Lucy writing one version saying “In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved”, and another in which she says “In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will NOT always be preserved”. These would have been two versions of the text! What I’ve reported, instead, is a whole different thing: not two different versions, but two different texts, two different parts, let’s call them; but it’s a whole different thing than calling them “different versions”. It is not a denial, it is actually a confirmation!!
Archbishop Capovilla continued in his letter to the French writer: “I think that the Message of Fatima does not belong to just one writer or to one single association…” We all agree on this, this is why we say “Publish everything!” If, as we’ll see afterwards, you at the Vatican think that it is not authentic, from a supernatural point of view, so if you think that this part does not come from Our Lady, but was written and conceived by mistake by Sister Lucy, then allow its publication anyway, without certifying it as authentic, without giving it official recognition. We all agree on this: all of us have the right to know everything, and not just a single person, or a private association, or just the scholars!
Therefore, these phrases he read to me from the letter that he wrote to the French writer, do not deny at all those things that I’ve passed on to Socci and which were reported so accurately by him in his book. I repeat: 10 months have passed, all these events and facts have been widely discussed, therefore this silence speaks for itself. The fact that Archbishop Capovilla has not denied any of the real things that have been said on this, and the fact that he has not yet published an official retraction, all these things contribute to create a very “loud” silence, a silence that speaks.
After this introduction, let me talk about my main meeting with Archbishop Capovilla of July 5th, 2006. July is the month when the Secret was given to the seers, a month prolific with supernatural events! On that date I went to visit Archbishop Capovilla at his house in Sotto il Monte, the small town, as I said before. I knew him because he was the Pontifical Bishop Delegate of the Marian Sanctuary of Loreto, which is near my house. I live, in fact, in the Marche, an eastern region of Italy — so we started talking about his presence in Loreto. I reminded him of his stay there during the eighties, so he received me with great courtesy and helpfulness. So I said to him: “Your Excellency, the reason for my visit is due to the fact that I am a Fatima researcher.” He was nodding his head, as if to say “I understand”, so I continued: “Since you are a first class source of information, I would like to ask you some questions.” He then said immediately, “No, look, also to avoid any imprecision, since it has been revealed officially, I will limit myself to what has been said.”
Now, this brings up a very well known problem regarding the so-called official version on Fatima. If they said everything on it, absolutely — and not only relatively, as I will explain afterwards — why then does a key witness tell me, in some way, that he is bound to talk only about what has been officially revealed? If we know everything about it because it has been publicly revealed, then I should not feel bound not to talk about it. If instead I feel bound by an official revelation, then this means that not everything has been said, in the whole sense of the word. Let’s examine again the words of Archbishop Capovilla: “No, look, also to avoid any imprecision, since it has been revealed officially …” What imprecisions could have anything to do with what has been revealed officially? Maybe these “imprecisions”, when using the language style of the Roman Curia, which is a diplomatic way of speaking, mean instead the “discrepancies” that could emerge between his testimony and the official version? This would be like saying that the official version is wrong!
Archbishop Capovilla continued: “Also to avoid any imprecision, since it has been revealed officially, I will limit myself to what has been said…Even if I should know something else…”; and when saying these last words he smiled openly. But what were these “other things”? Is there something more then? He continued, “Even if I should know something else… I must limit myself to what is said in the official documents…” The logical meaning of this last sentence is that there is something more besides what has been officially revealed, no matter what you think these “other things” might be or look like.
Therefore he cannot speak openly about this because there was an official revelation; it is quite clear! Something must be further analyzed: we can ask the Vatican, respectfully but insistently, the following request: “If everything has been revealed, absolutely (in an absolute sense, not just in the relative sense, as we’ll see afterwards) — then we respectfully ask our Holy Father to release from the vow of the Pontifical Secret any one who has read or knows the Third Secret.”
Many things have been said, but I have never seen a formula or a statement by which means everyone who has read or who knows the Third Secret was finally released from the Pontifical Secret about it. If everything has been released, as claimed by the official version, then why keep this sort of now useless vow of silence? As a humble proposal to this conference, then, I would like that we would respectfully ask our Holy Father Benedict XVI to publicly, formally and unequivocally release from their previous Pontifical Secret all of those who have read or know something, to any extent, regarding the Third Secret. This way they would be able to convince us, finally, that everything has been revealed, in an absolute sense. I’m asking Your Excellencies and all the Reverend Fathers gathered at this congress to talk about this to the Holy Father, so that at least others might talk about these things openly in the future!
Going on with Archbishop Capovilla, he then said to me: “You write the questions and send them to me, and I will answer them. I will search through my documents, if I still have them, because, you know, I donated everything to the museum… and I will send you something I have, maybe a phrase…”; and when he said this he smiled, like he did when he said “even if I should know something else”. His expression was evident, his face was clear, by looking at him there were no doubts what he was thinking of. “You write to me…”
Before I left his house, Archbishop Capovilla continued to talk freely of various subjects, speaking of many lines of reasoning. I must say that he didn’t openly connect those arguments to the Third Secret of Fatima, but the fact that he was talking about them in that context seems to be a hint towards that direction, an implicit indication, just to make me understand a little, without exposing himself too much.
He started to talk about various things, which apparently didn’t have much to do with my concerns: he spoke about the risk of taking for supernatural things something that might be someone’s fantasies, instead; he spoke about the risk of becoming maniacs on certain things, too fixed upon certain events. I remained silent because I didn’t go there to judge or to comment on anything he said, just to gather his testimony. However, apart from the considerations of what he was saying, something clear emerged out of these freewheeling talks that he spoke in that context and related to the Third Secret.
They revealed that he probably thought that Sister Lucy didn’t really receive the Third Secret, or a part of it, by Our Lady, but that she might have invented some of it, in good faith, being mistaken or having dreamt of it; some parts of Fatima, some parts of the Third Secret might not come really from Our Lady but out of fantasies that Sister Lucy dreamt of.
This consideration was reinforced by another line of reasoning he started talking about, in which he was criticizing the easiness of exorcising people who might only be mentally ill instead. Hence the imprudence of exorcising them while they might only need a psychologist. Imprudence that, we must say, he didn’t have in Loreto, because he told me about many examples of exorcisms he had there while he was bishop. So, before saying that certain events are of supernatural origin, we should first think that they might be of natural origin instead. In the context in which these things were said, they seemed to say that instead of thinking that Sister Lucy received the Fatima Message from Our Lady, we should think instead that they were invented by her by mistake, things she might have believed as coming from Our Lady, while they were her dreams instead.
The impression I had from his words was quite strong towards that meaning, and it is reinforced by what one of the closest and more intimate prelates to Pope John Paul II once stated. He said, “It is hard to understand when it is Sister Lucy who speaks or when it is Our Lady…” This very statement was mentioned on the TV program Porta a Porta, which was aired on Italian Television Rai 1 on May 31, 2007. So, Archbishop Capovilla continued, we need prudence to understand what has been said by Our Lady and what by Sister Lucy.
A similar attitude can be found in the letter written by the current Pope to Cardinal Bertone, which was used by the latter as an introduction to his book. This letter is actually extremely vague in its content, and we need to remember that even Mr. Socci received a letter of congratulations for his book from the Pope himself! It sounds strange, doesn’t it? There are two completely different and opposing books which both receive a letter of appreciation by the Holy Father! And in that letter sent to Cardinal Bertone, used by the latter as an introduction to his own book, the Pope speaks of “the authentic words of the Third Secret”!
If we add what was said by Archbishop Capovilla, to what was said in the same vein by the close collaborator of John Paul II (“it is hard to understand when it is Sister Lucy who speaks and when it is Our Lady…”) and to what Pope Benedict XVI has said in his letter “authentic words of the Third Secret”, we must deduct that there is a part of the Third Secret that they don’t deem as authentic, from a supernatural point of view.
It is as if they say that those words come from Sister Lucy and not from Our Lady. Knowing how Pope Ratzinger is widely known to use and weigh each single word used in his sentences, his statement also seems to go towards this direction. Maybe they didn’t publish it because they thought those words were not authentic! Maybe they say that everything has been published, with this meaning: “Everything we thought was the authentic Third Secret, so everything we thought was said by Our Lady, we’ve published it. While instead what we deemed as not authentic, not a revelation from Heaven but mere thoughts of Sister Lucy, we didn’t publish. We have considered these thoughts of Sister Lucy not to be a secret from Heaven, therefore we have discarded them from a supernatural point of view.”
Such an explanation would give an explanation to the repeated claim, by the Vatican, that they have published and revealed everything about the Third Secret, while taking into account the evident proofs that something, indeed, is missing. We will see later on, in my last meeting with Archbishop Capovilla, how he explicitly confirmed to me this thesis, this interpretation of the matter, by using a diplomatic style which is quite typical of the Roman Curia.
Before leaving him, I asked Archbishop Capovilla whether he had any reservation or request that I keep everything he said to me as confidential and reserved, just as a private conversation to help a Fatima researcher like me in his own studies, but not to be published or the source of it to be publicly revealed. But he replied that it was fine, that I could print or use it as I wished, and so I did, and in doing that I was totally loyal to him.
Once back home, I sent the written questions to Archbishop Capovilla, as agreed, and on July 18th he sent me back a small package. As an answer to my question regarding the existence of an unpublished text of the Third Secret, Archbishop Capovilla wrote these two clear words, written in a good and readable handwriting “Nulla so” — “Nothing I know”!
Now, it is strange in itself that one of the very few living people who know the Third Secret, in answering my questions, says that he doesn’t know if there is anything else unpublished, because if the so-called fourth secret — an expression used by Italian media to ironically call the unpublished part of the Third Secret — does not exist, well he should be the first to know, because he read it in the summer of 1959; so he should not have told me that “he doesn’t know about it”! Instead, he should have said something like “no, it’s everything, there is nothing else”. Saying he doesn’t know anything about it sounds strange in itself, but actually, instead, is quite clear: he knows it very well, he just doesn’t want to talk about it!
Moreover, the expression “Nulla so”, “Nothing I know”, does not exist in Italian. It only exists as an idiomatic and dialectal sentence used in Sicily. In Sicily, there are entire cities or areas under control of the Mafia, the well known criminal organization. If someone speaks to the police about them, they get killed. Therefore the locals are afraid of talking about Mafiosi, and when the police ask them about the hideouts of those criminals, they answer with that expression “Nulla so”, “Nothing I know”, which truly means “I know where they are, but I cannot speak because otherwise they will kill me.” The expression, therefore, means “I cannot talk.”
I don’t want to personally offend anyone with this example, but it was Archbishop Capovilla who used such an expression, as I said; and as Mr. Socci has carefully reported in his book, Capovilla said that to clearly and ironically evoke the so-called “omerta’ siciliana”, the “Sicilian code of Silence”. This code of silence is needed when you must keep something hidden. So that’s why Archbishop Capovilla used that expression, ironically, as a joke, which brings us back to what we said at the beginning: He was not able to speak openly about it!
More than this, there were other interesting details in the answers he sent me by mail. All the documents sent to me by Archbishop Capovilla I have forwarded to Mr. Socci, who used them in his book. And among those documents there was one in particular, even if not the only one, which got my attention. Archbishop Capovilla sent me his reserved notes dated May 17, 1967 — 40 years ago, so very close to the facts we are discussing today, when Mons. Capovilla was quite young. Those documents had his seal on them, his personal bishop’s seal; it was a very detailed and precise document, written by his own hand and containing dates, events and locations.
In these reserved notes, he certifies that Pope Paul VI read the Secret in the afternoon of Thursday, June 27, 1963, and that this Secret was held in the Papal apartments, and specifically in a drawer of the desk called “Barbarigo”, in the actual bedroom of the Pope. Meanwhile the official document published by the Vatican in the year 2000, entitled “The Message of Fatima”, stated that Pope Paul VI read the Third Secret, together with Cardinal Angelo dell’Acqua, on March 27, 1965, and sent back the envelope to the archives of the Holy Office, with the decision of not publishing it.
What a discrepancy we have here! Archbishop Capovilla says that Pope Paul VI read it in the afternoon of June 27, 1963, while the official document published by the Vatican says that he read it on March 27, 1965! Two different dates! But there’s more: two different locations in which the Third Secret was being kept! According to the booklet “The Message of Fatima”, the Third Secret had been kept at the Holy Office archives, taken from there and given to Pope Paul VI just to read it, and then brought back to the archives. In the secret notes of Archbishop Capovilla, instead, we read that Pope Paul VI didn’t get the Secret from the Holy See archives, but he took it out of the desk of his own apartment, where the document was being held since the very beginning; while the Vatican booklet states that Pope Paul VI sent it back to the Holy See Archives. There are therefore huge discrepancies of dates and locations! It is the same discrepancy that will happen also with John Paul II, both for dates and locations of when and where he read the Third Secret.
In an interview with the Italian magazine Famiglia Cristiana, in fact, Cardinal Bertone has recently said that the theory of the Secret being held in the Pope’s apartments was just pure fabrication, a lie. But then, Your Eminence, if these are all fantasies, then Archbishop Capovilla has lied to me! He must have forged an official document 40 years ago! We will get back to this point later, but I just want to specify that Archbishop Capovilla already talked about this thing, but now it is proved by written documents, detailed and original.
I immediately called Archbishop Capovilla, thanking him for his quick answers to my questions, and I spoke to him about this incredible discrepancy. He answered saying, “Well, but I spoke the truth, I’m still lucid, you know?!” So I said, “Of course, Excellency, but how do you explain this certified discrepancy?” He then started to talk about something else, but I asked him again: “All right, Excellency, but I am referring to an official written document of the Vatican, which is obviously based on archive documents!” So he answered, “But I justify…” As if to say, we both tell the truth, me and Cardinal Bertone — this was the sense of his reply!
And then he continued with this telling phrase: “Maybe the Bertone package was not the same as the Capovilla package!” — meaning the envelope and the text that Cardinal Bertone speaks of is not the same as the one Capovilla speaks about! So I immediately interrupted him and asked: “So both dates are true because of the Third Secret there are two texts?” He remained silent for a while, a brief and telling pause; it was evident that Archbishop Capovilla was thinking about it, so his answer was well reflected upon and thought about, it was not a rushed reply. After that pause of silence, the Archbishop answered me this way: “Per l’appunto”, which in Italian means “Precisely so”, “It is as you said”!!!
After this shocking statement I obviously tried to get more information from him, but Archbishop Capovilla interrupted me and said, “Please, let it go; we have got the Gospel, let us think about the Gospel…” It was a diplomatic answer, obviously, to say “Stop, I cannot say anything more.” And this is quite revealing of how he thinks, which is quite common in the Vatican, that the Third Secret is just simply a private revelation, something for fanatics, something that does not pose any obligation on anyone, at all, something that you can believe or not, something you can just ignore if you choose. They think this way because, according to them, we don’t even know what comes from Our Lady and what comes from Sister Lucy, it’s not an important thing, etc.
This answer of his, therefore, made me think that he was trying to get away from a difficult situation, but also made me think that he maybe didn’t consider the Message as authentically supernatural. It is probably due to considerations like the one expressed by Archbishop Capovilla that a certain Party Line has been followed about Fatima.
This last June, on the 21st, I came back to visit again with Archbishop Capovilla, and he confirmed what he said to me, even if he didn’t want to. Upset, he said to me that he “was speaking freely at the time”, but that’s exactly the confirmation I needed! When someone speaks openly, without restrictions, it is then that he says all the truth. This remark from Archbishop Capovilla was probably more for the Vatican than for me! Anyway, with a few phrases here and there, he gave me an extremely important confirmation of our thesis that I said regarding the Secret! He hinted to the existence of an attachment of some sort to the four pages published in the year 2000, something else that — he made me understand — contains the thoughts of Sister Lucy! Not that they were written like that by Sister Lucy but Archbishop Capovilla said that they were surely examined carefully by the Church authorities, and those Church authorities must have deemed this “something else” as just thoughts of Sister Lucy, which she might have thought — at least at the beginning — as coming from Our Lady!
Archbishop Capovilla has said exactly this to me! Now, they tell us that our positions and theories are not acceptable, because we say that leading bishops and Cardinals in the Vatican have lied to us, and to do this is unacceptable!
Many try to finish up with us by using this argument. But this is an irrational way of thinking! Actually, I should say it is quite opportunistic, because they don’t want to be bothered by problems, but if you’re Catholic what would you expect? A quiet life? Just by listening to the Gospel of any Sunday we should well know that ours is not an easy religion!
But apart from this, we don’t say that they are lying, we are talking about mental reservations, of reticence. So, if someone says that the official position is correct otherwise the Vatican hierarchy would have told us a lie, and this is unacceptable, then we could answer that if the official position is true, then it was Archbishop Capovilla who lied — the former Personal Secretary of John XXIII is a liar! Wouldn’t this thing be unacceptable too? Moreover, therefore he would have forged an official document! He would have forged some “reserved notes” 40 years ago! It is an extremely grave accusation! At the time when those documents were written, Archbishop Capovilla was not old at all (but then even Sister Lucy was very “old” during her meetings with Cardinal Bertone, so this argument should be valid for both of them). Therefore we cannot say that he made a mistake because of his age, as he wrote those documents more than 40 years ago!
If the official line is true, then he would have lied. If the official version was right, even Sister Lucy would be a liar, because as Cardinal Bertone tells us in his book, on page 92, Sister Lucy told him that “that date of 1960 was my decision, Our Lady didn’t tell me anything about it”. Unfortunately for him, many other authors like Father Alonso (a non-controversial Fatima scholar) tell us that the Sister stated the opposite! So are all of these prelates liars too, then? Or not credible?
But there’s more to that: the same Cardinal Bertone, on the TV program Porta a Porta of May 31, 2007, has shown on television the envelopes containing the Third Secret of Fatima, and on 2 (TWO!) of those envelopes there was a sentence written by Sister Lucy, read by the Cardinal himself, in which the date of 1960 was attributed to “an explicit order by Our Lady”!! And he showed it on television!!! But then if Sister Lucy, as Cardinal Bertone says to us on page 92 of his book, told him that the date of 1960 was the Sister’s decision, that Our Lady didn’t tell her anything about it, then why did Sister Lucy write on the envelope that the date of 1960 was coming from an “explicit order by Our Lady”? It would be an evident and blatant lie! If the Vatican version is right, Archbishop Capovilla is a liar and a forger, many priests like Father Alonso and Father Bianchi have also told lies regarding what was said by Sister Lucy. Additionally, the same Sister Lucy would have written a falsehood on the very envelope containing the Third Secret! Thus, according to the official version, even Sister Lucy is a Liar!
Would not this be an extremely grave accusation? This whole story of “I cannot think that they lied because it would be too serious” simply does not go anywhere. Actually, if we’re coherent, it goes to even worse consequences.
I like to think that no one has told a lie, but used mental reservations instead: “We have published everything there is in the Third Secret, everything that is contained in this specific message from Heaven, because what we have not published, we deemed not to be supernaturally authentic, so we have discarded it as a mere fabrication of Sister Lucy”! Moreover, those thoughts were written at the end of the Second Secret.
In fact, during the press conference of June 26, 2000, someone asked Mons. Bertone if the phrase, cut short by the “etc.”, about the orthodoxy in Portugal pertained to the Second or to the Third Secret. Mons. Bertone answered this way “Well, it is hard to say, I think it pertained to the second one.”
If, therefore, they consider that phrase, which we know is the beginning of the words of the Third Secret, to be part of the Second Secret, then they must have considered the other unpublished words as pertaining to the Second Secret too. Therefore, the Third Secret has been entirely published, for them, in as much as what they have not published is not the true Third Secret, coming from Heaven, but just thoughts of Sister Lucy on the Second Secret, and not on the Third!!! We should then ask a question to them: You say you’ve published the Third Secret in its entirety. Then, what about the Second Secret? Did you publish the Second Secret entirely too? Including any attachments or thoughts by Sister Lucy on it? Are there any “reflections” of Sister Lucy, as they have been considered, on the Second or Third Secret which are yet to be published? It is maybe in this sense that, without saying a formal lie, they are able to say “it is all”. It is probably a difficult and narrow mental reservation, a reticence. It is not a lie then, and this would explain a certain nervousness from them.
Here is another example of this edginess: Cardinal Bertone, in an interview with the Vatican Radio, said that the phrase “In Portugal the dogma of the Faith will always be preserved”, ended with the three dots of suspension (…). NO! It is not true, it does not end that way, but with the word “et cetera”, which literally means “and the other things”. Which other things? Where are they? This is just one of the many imprecisions that we can find in various statements by Cardinal Bertone.
I have written a small essay about the principal contradictions that can be found in Cardinal Bertone’s book. This essay, which is soon to be published, shows how many imprecisions, inconsistencies and contradictions are in his book. These contradictions are probably caused by this sort of nervousness and the reason behind it is his reticence: not to say too much, but he made so many mistakes in his writings and during his radio and TV interviews…
I love to think that he had these mental reservations, and not that he lied willingly, and I would like to conclude this aspect with a consideration, which could seem absurd, but it is not. Let’s think about this: they have cast a doubt over Sister Lucy’s capacity of understanding what Our Lady really said to her. They most probably think she was mistaken. Archbishop Capovilla clearly let me understand this the last time I met him.
Another Roman prelate, who spoke with other Cardinals who knew the Third Secret, during the 60s and the 70s, told me privately that maybe Sister Lucy, in the unpublished text, didn’t really understand what Our Lady has said to her. Maybe it is because of the language, since Portuguese is a poor language. By saying it, this prelate made me understand that the unpublished text contains too many serious things, so that they doubt it really came from Our Lady. Well, if this is so, I propose this theory “What if Cardinal Bertone didn’t really understand what Sister Lucy told him, instead?” In his book, Cardinal Bertone says that his Portuguese and Spanish skills were not good at the time he met with Sister Lucy. He said that the seer was very old, that yes, they had someone who was interpreting for him, but the Cardinal said he didn’t transcribe any of his meetings with her, he just wrote down some notes, and then once back home he simply put them together.
The entire procedure of these interviews allows anyone to cast doubt that he might not have understood what the Sister told him, that he might have misunderstood it instead, or even subjectively understood something that he wanted her to say, indulging in his expectations and being eventually influenced by them in his report! There’s just too many possibilities for being mistaken!
I’m not accusing him of not being in good faith, and this is not a personal accusation, but there are so many imprecisions in his book and in his statements, which were explained more completely by my essay on the subject. So then, if he and others cast a doubt about Sister Lucy’s capacity of understanding Our Lady’s words; if they think she was mistaken when she reported Her words, then why can’t I doubt about Mons. Bertone’s report on Sister Lucy? Why can’t I say that he might have misunderstood or wrongly reported what she said to him?
It might seem an absurd thing, but it is not! It would be much more absurd to say that Sister Lucy didn’t understand what Our Lady told her compared to a mere human mistake made by Cardinal Bertone. Because Our Lady knows very well how to be understood: in delivering such an important Message, validated by the public Miracle of the Sun, do you think that Our Lady would not have found a way of being understood by the seer? She, who is the All Powerful Supplicant? THIS would be absurd! Sister Lucy even said that she had the assistance of Our Lady when she wrote the Third Secret, word for word. It is much easier that a human prelate, who went to the convent of the Sister with certain expectations in his mind, talking to an aging seer, commits a human mistake, instead of thinking that there was a misunderstanding between Sister Lucy and Our Lady on a Message of such importance and magnitude! I love to think this instead, and for any further information I refer to my essay soon to be published.
As the Holy Father said in Ratisbon, Germany, last September 2006, Faith is not against the right reason, and the proper use of reason is never against the Faith!
Let me now talk about the controversy between Mr. Socci and Cardinal Bertone.
This book published by the Cardinal, as we said, was conceived as a reply to the Fatima believers’ criticisms against the “official” version on Fatima, and specifically the arguments contained in Socci’s book, titled “The Fourth Secret of Fatima”. The Cardinal made it almost a personal fight against Mr. Socci. The problem is that Mr. Socci is a thinker and writer above any reasonable suspicion. This is maybe the reason why he is being so attacked. He holds fast to his position, and in two articles published by the Italian newspaper Libero, where he usually writes, on May 12 and June 2, 2007, he replied to the Cardinal, with specific questions and concrete facts.
Mr. Antonio Socci, as I said, is an intellectual above any suspicion. No one can affirm that he wrote his book because he was a partisan of the Fatima theories. In fact, just two years ago, at the death of Sister Lucy, he wrote the opposite. In an article which appeared in the Italian newspaper Il Giornale, the day after the death of Sister Lucy, he wrote that the things were exactly as the Vatican said them to be, and that the Fatimite critics were all unbalanced (this was the sense of his article), with no proofs at all on their side.
At the time I wrote an article in a magazine to counteract certain authors, and among them Socci. He was struck by my article, so he called me — I didn’t know him personally before that time. He then read my book and became extremely curious about the matter, as he himself admits in the introduction of his book. Once he examined my objections, he realized that there were many contradictions in the official version. For this reason he started his research on the Fatima events, and he ended up writing in his book this very sentence: “It is certain that there is an unpublished part of the Third Secret which is considered to be ‘unspeakable’”. He writes in the introduction of his book: “I am reporting the conclusions that I have reached, conclusions which contradict my initial beliefs.”
Socci, in fact, was convinced that the official version was right. But being an intellectually honest man, and a courageous one too, and seeing all those contradictions, he didn’t pretend to close his eyes before these facts. He didn’t say, “No, it would be too serious, I don’t want to write against them; I don’t want to read; I don’t want to know.” No, as an intellectually honest man who loves the truth, he carefully studied the matter, he realized that there was much more behind it, and reached a conclusion which was diametrically opposite to his previous one. Maybe this is the reason why the Vatican is so upset by his testimony. Because Socci is a very well known author, a famous Italian journalist and TV anchorman, they cannot say that what he affirms now (which is, that the Third Secret has not been published entirely) is because he is a Fatima partisan, or because he had prejudices on the matter: they can’t say that because he had an exact opposite opinion no more than two years ago.
If someone wrote something similar to the following: “It is like the Vatican says, just as the official version says. Whoever denies this is crazy”; and then that same person, contradicting his previous statement, now states that “It is certain that there is an unpublished part of the Third Secret which has not been published”, that person can’t possibly be accused of having a prejudice on the matter, for sure! He is a witness of primary importance. So, if someone who had a certain opinion, overturns it so abruptly, this must mean that he found extremely serious arguments, facts, elements and proofs. This is maybe the reason why his honest testimony is so upsetting them. And how sad it is, seeing how all of this was taken as a “personal affront” by the Cardinal Secretary of State. Don’t we have the right and the duty to seek the truth? Are we not allowed to talk?
The Socci affair reminds me of Father Alonso’s one. As Socci, Father Alonso was initially completely for the official version, in good faith. But just because he was a man in good faith, just because he was an intellectually honest man, by being in touch with the seer, he started to move to positions close to ours, and he wrote many documents in that sense. But even if they say that everything has been published, there’s still no authorization to publish the works of Father Alonso. Why? If you had said everything in an absolute sense, if there’s anything else to say, why don’t you publish all the works of Father Alonso, all of his writings? The path undertaken by Socci seems to me quite similar to Father Alonso’s one, and this is a fact that speaks for itself.
Apologizing for the length of my speech, there would be many more things to say on the matter. Once again I invite the persons present at the conference to refer to my soon to be published essay, and I would like to conclude my speech with an exhortation:
Let’s pray, Reverend Fathers and dearest friends, let’s pray a lot for some persons in particular. Surely for Mr. Socci, who wrote such a truthful book. Let’s pray to Our Lady so that She grants him perseverance and courage, so that he might go on this way, regardless of the pressures, the wickedness and the inconveniences he might find on his path. Let’s pray so that he continues on the good way, and that Our Lady grants him Her blessing for the good service he gave to the cause.
Then, let’s pray for Archbishop Capovilla. He too has given service to the truth. Let’s pray for him because he is very old. Let’s pray in general for all who know the Third Secret or know something about the Third Secret. They remain silent, sometimes for spiritual reasons because they think they are bound to a vow of silence (but why? If everything has been revealed…). Sometimes instead, they remain silent for human and opportunistic reasons: because they don’t want trouble, they are afraid of opposing the Vatican… and they think this way although our religion is the religion of the martyrs! Let’s pray for them, for whoever remains silent due to spiritual, and therefore nobler reasons and also for those who remain silent because they are afraid of hassles and persecutions. Let’s pray so that the Holy Ghost might move them to talk, so that through our prayers to Our Lady (ad Jesum per Mariam) the Immaculate Heart of Mary might triumph in them and they might finally talk; let’s pray for them so that they will follow the example of the Maccabeans.
In addition, I would like to ask the humblest prayer for me, for my efforts and my writings; and all the more so, we should not forget to pray for Father Nicholas Gruner, who is the principal leader and the flag holder of this pious and militant Fatima Crusade!
But in the end, let us pray for our Holy Father Benedict XVI. The Message of Fatima asks us to pray, to pray a lot for our Holy Father; and the reigning Pope said, at least once, that Fatima is one of his biggest regrets of his life. He was probably moved to act in a certain way and has remained trapped by it. Let’s pray to the Immaculate Heart of Mary so that he receives from Her the strength and the courage to break the veil of silence. He is trying to find a solution, in some way. He has signed, for instance, the document that liberates the Tridentine Mass, in his Motu Proprio, on a very telling day: the first Saturday of the month, the first Saturday of the month in which, 90 years ago, the Third Secret was given to the seers, and on the 55th anniversary of Sacro Vergente Anno, the act in which Pope Pius XII attempted a partial Consecration of Russia.
The Pope is therefore trying to give something to Fatima, to do something for Fatima, but maybe he has been someway trapped by the circumstances. Let’s pray to the Holy Ghost so that (per Mariam ad Jesum) He will obtain for the Holy Father all the strength and the audacity needed to break out of the situation in which he might have been trapped. And so that he might use, soon, the marvelous tool that Heaven gave to him, which he needs to straighten and correct the current situation of the Church. It is not an easy task, surrounded as he is by enemies. Through the intercession of Our Lady, let’s pray so that Our Holy Father Benedict XVI becomes the harbinger of the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart of Mary.

ADD : Can a Pope Resign the Papacy While Still Remaining the Pope?

As Benedict XVI celebrates his 90th birthday — still lucid, still receiving guests, still making perfectly coherent impromptu remarks on the level of written prose, and even drinking beer — the mystery surrounding his unprecedented resignation from the papacy not only remains but deepens.
In this regard, Antonio Socci reminds us of an explosive speech by Benedict’s personal secretary, Msgr. Georg Ganswein, given at the Gregorian Pontifical University in Rome last year. On that occasion Ganswein spoke of a “dramatic struggle” during the conclave of 2005 between the “salt of the earth” party aligned with John Paul II and the so-called “Saint Gallen group” that plotted to elect Pope Bergoglio, finally succeeding following Benedict’s sudden resignation in 2013.
Ganswein situated the “dramatic struggle” of 2005 in the context of the former Cardinal Ratzinger’s reference, just before his election in that year, to a struggle between “Christ Himself and ‘a dictatorship of relativism that recognizes nothing as definitive.’” The phase “dictatorship of relativism that recognizes nothing as definitive” seems an apt description of the general drift of the Bergoglian pontificate thus far.
Socci also reminds us that during the same revelatory address, Ganswein referred to Benedict’s resignation as a “well-considered step of millennial importance.” And, respecting the lightning strike on the dome of Saint Peter’s on the day the resignation was announced, Ganswein declared: “Seldom has the cosmos accompanied in a more dramatic way a turning point in history.”
Most striking of all, however, are Ganswein’s statements that the pontificate of Benedict XVI was “a pontificate of exception” in that Benedict, by renouncing only the “exercise” of the Petrine office while declaring himself to be a “Pope emeritus,” “introduced in the Catholic Church the new institution of the ‘Pope emeritus’…” This “new institution,” supposedly created solely by Benedict, means, according to Ganswein, that Benedict had “not at all abandoned this ministry” but rather “integrated the personal office with an ecclesial and synodal dimension, almost a common ministry” with his successor.
But, Ganswein concluded in an obvious non sequitur, “There are not therefore two Popes, but de facto a broadened ministry with an active and a contemplative member.” But how can there be a “broadened” papal ministry, involving an active and a contemplative member, unless both participants in this broadened papal ministry are Popes? Indeed, no less than Cardinal Müller, Prefect of the Congregation for the Doctrine of the Faith, has declared (as Socci also notes) that “for the first time in the history of the Church we have the case of two legitimate living Popes.”
The notion is nonsense, but very telling nonsense. For if Benedict renounced the papacy on the assumption that he would remain a contemplative member of the Petrine ministry he himself was “broadening” for the first time in Church history, then the validity of the resignation would appear to depend entirely on his belief that he had the power to alter the very nature of the papacy by including an “emeritus” Pope therein through his own singular act, an act not rooted at all in the history or tradition of the Church.
But surely the Pope has no power thus to alter the nature of the papacy established by Christ as an office to be held by one man until his death or valid resignation (as in the case of Pope Celestine, who resumed his original name and status as a hermit).
Now, if Benedict is wrong about the validity of his novelty, the question presents itself: How does his attempt to renounce the “active” part of the papacy while retaining the “contemplative” part not run afoul of Church law (Canon 188), which provides that “[a] resignation made out of… substantial error… is invalid by the law itself”? This is not even to discuss the element of “grave fear that is inflicted unjustly or out of malice,” which the same canon further recognizes as grounds for the invalidity of a resignation — in this case, “fear of the wolves” to which Benedict himself alluded at the beginning of his pontificate: “Pray for me, that I may not flee for fear of the wolves.” The wolves of Saint Gallen, perhaps?
Socci writes that under these bizarre circumstances it may well be that “Benedict has left it to God to write the final chapter of his story. Which could truly be very surprising.” As I have said before on these pages, I believe we don’t know half the story of the abdication of Pope Benedict XVI. Perhaps soon, however, we will know it all.

José María Zavala is a Spanish Catholic Journalist who has recently published a book called “El Secreto mejor guardado de Fátima” (The best kept secret of Fatima, ed. Planeta). He is a very honest and trustworthy Journalist who converted a few years ago and became a spiritual son of Padre Pio, authoring about 30 books, the lasts about religious topics. In this book on the third secret of Fatima he reports and provides a copy of the letter of Sister Lucia revealing the third fragment of the secret. Someone knowing his research about the secret sent it to him anonimously. He sent the letter to a renowned caligrapher and she attested that it was the same handwriting of sister Lucia (compared with the previous secrets revealed by sister Lucia). I completely trust on Zavala’s integrity, and the impact of his report will be enormous.
I have seen that the supposed handwriting by sister Luci was published first by traditioninaction.org stating that they had received it from Portugal. JM Zavala did not know the origin and sent it to a prestigious caligrapher to study it, confirming the identical handwriting with other writings of sister Lucy. The value of Zavala’s book is this confirmation. We cannot disregard the authenticity of this facsimile for the fact being published by tradition in action.

BUT this document was online from 2010 so before Pope Francis election so during the Pontificate of Pope Benedict, some détails especially about the Papacy strangely match my own research, it is possible that the Anonymous Author (it looks from Portugal, I think probably from the Vatican itself but I cannot be sure) intentionally changed some content of the real secret to hinder the secret itself and ridicule it or on the contrary to reveal a part of the Secret only, intented for those who can understand it but one thing is Sure, this is not the real Fatima Secret, at best maybe a fragment only.
6. In Zavala’s Book, there is a great interview of Father Amorth, the famous Vatican exorcist where the Priest confirms that Saint Pio knew also the Fatima 3rd secret himself, that’s interesting and probably true.

Flashback: Pope’s retreat preacher speaks on Antichrist as a ‘pacifist, ecologist and ecumenist’

In the light of current events in the world and in the Catholic Church, it seems important to resurrect an especially thought-provoking March 2007 article by LifeSite’s John-Henry Westen re-published below. That article was widely quoted at the time and for good reason as you will see.
In 2007, the climate change hysteria and collapse of moral consensus was not as present in governments, educational institutions, and society, and now at the highest level in the Catholic Church, as it has been the past few years.
The most extraordinary new development has been the head of the Roman Catholic Church proclaiming “proselytism is the strongest poison against the ecumenical path,” gradually abandoning Church teaching on a “just war” of defense, upsetting the traditional applications of Catholic moral teachings, calling on all “to defend our Sister Mother Earth” while accepting the false claims about climate change alarmism as coming from “a very solid scientific consensus,” trashing capitalism, and urging for a Marxist-sounding new international economic order and opening of borders to millions of Islamic immigrants with their radically different culture and religious-base laws.
Pope Francis has also been inviting increasingly virulent, prominent New World Order enemies of Christianity, such as Paul Ehrlich, the president of the Population Council and China’s “organ czar,” to speak at Vatican conferences and advise the Church on policies.

Now, Francis has even just praised and worked together on a February conference in California with the George Soros-funded organization, PICO — People Improving Communities through Organizing.
OnePeterFive reports, “Leftist watchdog website Discover the Political Networks describes PICO as a group that ‘uses Alinsky-style organizing tactics to advance the doctrines of the religious left.” In an Aug. 23, 2016 article, LifeSite’s Westen reported that Soros paid out $650,000 to PICO and another organization to “influence Pope Francis’ September 2015 visit to the USA with a view to ‘shift[ing] national paradigms and priorities in the run-up to the 2016 presidential campaign.'”
And so, Westen’s 2007 article, given the astounding developments that have taken place since its original publication, is now read in a dramatically different light than when it was first published. Back then – not so long ago – few of us would have believed that much of what has happened since 2007 could actually happen. We just could not have imagined that things could go so far awry in so relatively little time.
Readers should always keep in mind that prayer and personal sacrifices offered to God have great power to change the course of history, even when that course appears to be unstoppable. The phrase “Be not afraid,” or versions of it, appear 365 times in the New Testament. Living that is one necessary mark of a true Christian, although temporary lapses are just being human.
Before the article, I include two relevant quotes from a previous article – one quote from John Paul II and the other from Pope Benedict:
In 1976 Pope John Paul II, as then Cardinal Karol Wojtyla, warned,
“We are now standing in the face of the greatest historical confrontation humanity has ever experienced. I do not think that the wide circle of the American Society, or the whole wide circle of the Christian Community realize this fully. We are now facing the final confrontation between the Church and the anti-church, between the gospel and the anti-gospel, between Christ and the Antichrist.”
Also, in 2010 Pope Benedict stated the following in his Christmas message to the Vatican Curia:
“[O]ur world is at the same time troubled by the sense that moral consensus is collapsing, consensus without which juridical and political structures cannot function. Consequently the forces mobilized for the defence of such structures seem doomed to failure….
“Alexis de Tocqueville, in his day, observed that democracy in America had become possible and had worked because there existed a fundamental moral consensus which, transcending individual denominations, united everyone. Only if there is such a consensus on the essentials can constitutions and law function. This fundamental consensus derived from the Christian heritage is at risk wherever its place, the place of moral reasoning, is taken by the purely instrumental rationality of which I spoke earlier. In reality, this makes reason blind to what is essential. To resist this eclipse of reason and to preserve its capacity for seeing the essential, for seeing God and man, for seeing what is good and what is true, is the common interest that must unite all people of good will. The very future of the world is at stake.”
Pope’s retreat preacher speaks on Antichrist as a ‘pacifist, ecologist and ecumenist’

Papal watchers are wondering what message Pope Benedict XVI was giving when he selected retired Bologna archbishop Cardinal Giacomo Biffi to preach the annual Lenten retreat to the Pope and the top members of the Vatican.
Rocco Palmo, expert Vatican reporter for The Tablet, the international Catholic weekly published in London England has noted the significance of the selection of the Lenten retreat preacher. “Since time immemorial—or, at least, the retreat’s heightened profile over the 20th century—the selection of the preacher has become a closely-watched indicator of the prevailing winds in the papal apartment,” said Palmo on his blog. “(T)he choice often falling to a voice the Pope might like to tout… and not just for a higher prominence on the preaching circuit.”
Palmo added weight to his remarks noting that “Before their respective elections to the papacy, both Joseph Ratzinger and Karol Wojtyla were tapped to lead the annual exercises.”
This year’s selection when it became known created a stir since Cardinal Biffi, while he is known for orthodox faith and frank words, is most well known, at least in the secular media, for his preaching on the Antichrist. In fact, the Times of London reported in 2004 that the Cardinal described the Antichrist as “walking among us”.
The Lenten retreat did not disappoint. Cardinal Biffi picked up on his oft repeated theme of the Antichrist, basing his remarks on the works of Vladimir Soloviev, a Russian religious philosopher who has received praise from Pope Benedict prior to his elevation to the pontificate.
Quoting Soloviev, the Cardinal said “the Antichrist presents himself as pacifist, ecologist and ecumenist.”
“He will convoke an ecumenical council and will seek the consensus of all the Christian confessions, granting something to each one. The masses will follow him, with the exception of small groups of Catholics, Orthodox and Protestants,” he said according to a Zenit translation of a Vatican Radio summary here: http://www.radiovaticana.org/it1/Articolo.asp?c=120479 . In his “Tale of the Antichrist” Solovyov foresees that a small group of Catholics, Orthodox and Protestants will resist and will say to the Antichrist: “You give us everything, except what interests us, Jesus Christ”. For Cardinal Biffi, this narrative is a warning: “Today, in fact, we run the risk of having a Christianity which puts aside Jesus with his cross and resurrection.”
The 78-year-old cardinal added that if Christians “limited themselves to speaking of shared values they would be more accepted on television programs and in social groups. But in this way, they will have renounced Jesus, the overwhelming reality of the resurrection.”
The cardinal said he believes that this is “the danger that Christians face in our days … the Son of God cannot be reduced to a series of good projects sanctioned by the prevailing worldly mentality.”
The preacher of the Spiritual Exercises added that “there are relative values, such as solidarity, love of peace and respect for nature. If these become absolute, uprooting or even opposing the proclamation of the event of salvation, then these values become an instigation to idolatry and obstacles on the way of salvation.”
Cardinal Biffi affirmed that “if Christianity—on opening itself to the world and dialoguing with all—dilutes the salvific event, it closes itself to a personal relationship with Jesus and places itself on the side of the Antichrist.”
Cardinal Biffi’s reflections, in fact, are very similar to remarks Pope Benedict made last Fall in a meeting with Swiss Bishops. While Pope Benedict did not speak of the Antichrist, he spoke of a new false or “substitute” religion, calling it also a “successor” of religion.
“Modern society is not simply without morality, but it has, so to speak, ‘discovered’ and professes a part of morality”, the Pope told the Swiss bishops. “These are the great themes of peace, non-violence, justice for all, concern for the poor, and respect for creation.”
However, the Pope warned that these “great moral themes” have “become an ethical complex that, precisely as a political force, has great power and constitutes for many the substitute for religion, or its successor.”
“It is only if human life is respected from conception to death that the ethics of peace is also possible and credible,” concluded the Pope. “It is only then that non-violence can express itself in every direction; only then that we truly welcome creation, and only then that we can arrive at true justice.”

Pope: Luther’s intention was to renew the Church, not divide her
(Vatican Radio) Pope Francis on Thursday said that “the intention of Martin Luther five hundred years ago was to renew the Church, not divide her”.

“Francis repair my Church” are the words spoken by Christ from the crucifix of St Damiano, a chapel in a state of dereliction and in need of repair. Of course Our Lord was referring to the whole Church not the building in which St. Francis of Assisi was praying. It is not without coincidence that St Francis was given a vision of the Destroyer, of one who would bear his own name, the one who would dare be responsible for tearing down the bastions of the Apostolic Church, of Christ’s mystical body, brick by brick, pillar by pillar and rebuild it in his own image according to his own preference of mercy. For this one is more merciful than God, for why he has even abolished mortal sin as a bar to the Holy Eucharist and so to Heaven, has abolished the possibility of damnation, of Hell, has abolished the ‘narrow road’, closed the ‘eye of the needle,’ debunked the way of perfection ( don’t try to “be perfect as your Father in Heaven is perfect” it is too difficult for you and an unreasonable request), and opened the road that is wide and easy and declares it the road of accompaniment, to true church, true ecumenism and so salvation as he believes God intended and had revealed to the great reformer Luther and by implication hid from his own apostles of the ages. Whilst mocking the very name and holiness of St. Francis he mocks the Mother of God in dedicating his papacy of reforms to Our Lady of Fatima. Having read the secrets, that the Apostasy will commence from his throne and openly declaring he is splitting the Church, he looks in to the face of Doctrinal Truth, at you and me “the rigid” and asks “where is your Fatima now?”

The Vatican will once again be used as a forum to advance population control. Pro-abortion advocate Paul Ehrlich, father of the modern population control movement and author of the 1968 best-seller “The Population Bomb,” has been invited to speak at the Vatican during the February 27-March 1 conference that will discuss “how to save the natural world.”
This is deplorable when we consider the possible millions of deaths globally that he and his ideas may have indirectly been responsible for over the past five decades. Is the Vatican deliberately seeking to put the unborn to death?
The Stanford biologist, who advocates forced abortion for population control and who champions sex-selective abortion as well as mass forced sterilization as legitimate methods to curb population growth, will present to the Vatican a paper highlighting “Population Numbers” as he discusses “Causes and Pathways of Biodiversity Losses.”
Titled Biological Extinction, the conference is being conjointly sponsored by the Pontifical Academy of Sciences and the Pontifical Academy of Social Sciences and is designed to promote the fallacy that the procreation of human life is what poses the major threat to our planet. As they see it, the great enemy of “Mother Earth” is human babies, since they grow up and pollute the planet with their “C02 emissions.”
The conference will closely echo the Vatican climate change conference of April 28, 2015, in which several representatives from the U.N. were given a platform to voice their “Sustainable Development Goals” of making the earth a cleaner and safer place through worldwide population control (abortion). The one-day summit, entitled Protect the Earth, Dignify Humanity: The Moral Dimensions of Climate Change and Sustainable Development, featured key environmental advisers from different countries, including U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki moon and Professor Jeffrey Sachs who are notorious advocates of abortion that operate at the highest levels of the United Nations.
Unfortunately, the pope has made a habit of conferring with scientists and anti-life agents in his plan to make the world a better place. “Science and religion, which offer different approaches to reality, can enter into an intense and productive dialogue with each other,” he says in his encyclical on climate change.
What this has done is to give the agents of Antichrist a prominent platform from which to advance their “sustainable” pro-death agenda to the world. The same pope who said that Catholics shouldn’t “breed like rabbits” has now opened the door to the Eternal City and has allowed these agents to come in and essentially say this same thing.
Dr. Joachim Schnellnhuber, who famously said in 2009 that the earth’s “carrying capacity” is less than 1 billion people and who insists that the earth is overpopulated by at least 6 billion people, was chosen by the Vatican to help present the pope’s encyclical at the June 18, 2015, Vatican press conference.
Likewise, Carolyn Woo, CEO and President of “Catholic Relief Services” known for its ongoing funding of abortion and contraception, was chosen by the Vatican to help assist in the release of the encyclical.
Similarly, pro-abortion candidate Bernie Sanders was invited last April to speak at a Vatican conference on social, economic and environmental issues. “I am very excited to have received an invitation from the Vatican to participate in a major conference dealing with how we inject morality into the world’s economy,” Sanders told reporters.
And of course, U.N. pro-aborts Ban Ki moon and Jeffrey Sachs were given a prime opportunity to plug population control at the Vatican climate change summit in April 2015. Their proposals were endorsed by the Vatican the very next day.
And now, the notorious Paul Ehrlich who initiated this worldwide scare against life forty-nine years ago will be the honored guest speaker at the upcoming Vatican conference on “how to save the natural world” from human infants.
Is this what Francis calls “gradualism?” Little by little, he is getting the church used to devious changes, while at the same time preaching that “resistance” to change that “takes refuge in traditions” is from “the devil.”
Or is this latest change being pushed on the pope against his will? Francis, who has been very apt to “exhort” the Church through informal interviews could very well arrange one of these interviews to blast the Vatican’s collusion with Ehrlich, if in fact he can’t do this from the Chair of Peter. If the pope doesn’t do this, what are we to think?
Let us give Pope Francis the benefit of the doubt and pray that he wash his hands of Ehrlich and all that he stands for.

I think I can see the role of Pius XII more clearly and his responsibility. It is hard to understand why he did not fully consecrate Russia because he saw the threat very clearly not just Communist expansion in the world but in the Church he knew the Modernist threat. Yet apparently he said Apres moi le deluge knowing he was the last Pope before the Revolution in the Church
Yet all the countless lost souls, how could he have been so fatalistic about them?

Pope John loved Latin and his Coronation was the most traditional but so much else is controversial. He was rumoured to have joined the Freemasons and was certainly a suspected Modernist. He was so enthusiastic about calling a Council yet it does seem that he pretty quickly regretted it and maybe he was thinking about the words in the Third Secret when he said “Stop the Council!”

Yes, Paul VI for me as for many of us the first Pope that I can remember. You know that I always have so many questions and I need to be patient and wait for your update as it seems you are taking us through each Pope one at a time since Pius XI and 1929 which was the moment God asked for the Consecration of Russia
40 years later 1969 Paul VI promulgated the new Mass which is the biggest tragedy for the Church because Catholics then thought well if they can change the Mass they can change anything and Paul VI himself said the Church was auto destructing (in other words committing suicide) and he even went to Fatima and met Sr Lucy in 1967. So if he is the Pope that Our Lady calls a Chameleon in the Third Secret it would suit someone who changes his colours!
But then there is a worse Pope, the Anti-Christ. So this must be the really terrible part of the Secret….

Moreover the very structure of the Secret, where the promises and announcement of chastisements are repeated twice in a row, clearly underlines the supreme responsibility of the Holy Father, on whom everything depends in the final analysis…. “To be sure, in our twentieth century God has completely entrusted the salvation of the world to the Immaculate Heart of Mary. [I]n two places in the Secret, Our Lady foretells the sufferings of the Holy Father. However, it is important to interpret this prophecy correctly. “Moreover, one fact stands out before our eyes: the parallel and simultaneous development of the two series of chastisements: the temporal ones striking the nations and the Church, but from without, and the spiritual chastisements which wound the Church from within, by the loss of Faith… “This is also what the internal logic of that part of the Secret which has been revealed leads us to believe: the Queen of Prophets, predicting that an unprecedented spiritual chastisement would fall on the Church, also explicitly announced the causes of this apostasy.

Hi Dennis, you are right but we must take into account the Responsability of Popes Pius XI as Pius XII (and despite the Dogma of the Assumption), especially Pope Pius XII, he lived the Prophesied Second World War himself and saved many as confirmed in the Attached video and that was Great from the Pope but he knew also the exact request from our Lady of Fatima from the 30’s, as indicated he saw also 4 Miracles of the Sun himself, you get my point which was not the case of any Popes after him, in other words he lived himself many events related to Fatima, so he should Consecrate Russia as requested then we would not have lived the terrible Prophecy of the Secret which began from 1960 as warned by our Lady, which explains also this date, those are historical facts and within few lines destroy the heresy of Sedevacantism forever, the modernism will follow but this is within the Secret, in other words I do no wish to anyone to live what I lived during these last 9 Years, as I said working on Fatima cost me a lot, I will never be the same anymore, I do not complain about the secret or about my own research but I am very angry with the Church and especially with the hierarchy of the Church, in short with the Popes and this since 1929, the result of this disobedience (Malachi called it the Juda Complex) will end with the Fatima 3rd Secret Vision, a Pope killed within an Apocalyptic atmosphere but we must keep hope and faith especially because of our Lady, she said also at the end the Holy Father will do it then the Triumph…….but as you said, this is at the end only, be sure that they will not do anything before the world as the Church lives itself that vision but until then (probably soon now as we have the Pope in question) how many souls lost forever during these last 100 Years, a lot Dennis, much more than anyone can imagine and this explains also the tears of our Lady in many of her Apparitions.

Fatima 3rd Secret and the Year 1960

1. “The immediate recipient of the Secret was Bishop da Silva (June 17, 1944) and he could have read it at once. Sister Lucy told him so from the Blessed Virgin. But frightened by the responsibility that he would have to assume, he did not dare, he did not wish to have knowledge of it. In 1945, Lucy let it be understood that its great tribulations were yet to come. My Comment : The Year 1960 was related to the futur Council as my own research confirms as well, no POSSIBLE doubt, that Council is also in the Secret, this explains the Year 1960 as the deadline, that year was chosen by our Lady herself, No one else can bear responsibility for it, for any complain, please complain to our Lady directly, thanks.

To be spiritual brothers, two people must commit themselves to pray for one another until they meet in Paradise. We can keep a list of their names and ask the Lord for them by their names or simply by saying: “Lord, please help my spiritual brothers.” No one who has a spiritual brother will be lost and his angels will watch over the two so that both of them will reach heaven. Yes Dennis, Pius XII was aware of the suicide of altering the Faith in the Liturgy, which was the new Council of Vatican II indicated clearly in the Secret but he still did not want to read the Secret, this was his mistake, the Great Pope was also surrounded by bad counselors, more soon.
LA Sallette, Fatima, Garabandal, Akita has warned us very well. The near future for the Church and Christianity is in general pretty gloom and we have to prepare for these terrible times. THE BLESSED SACRAMENT as long as we have it and OUR MOTHER with her loved prayer of the HOLY ROSARY are our weapons. In prayer it came to me the necessity in this time to associate with others, in a one on one terms, to commit to pray mutually for the other until he or she arrives in heaven. If you want to be my spiritual brother we make a deal of praying for each other until we meet in paradise. The prayer may be as simple as this: Lord help my spiritual brother (or brothers if more). If I die before you (which I expect to be the case, I am 63) I will continue to pray for you in purgatory or wherever God wants me to be, until we meet in paradise. It good be great to have as many spiritual brothers as possible to please our Lord and Our sweet Mother. May be you could be the person who could link all of us wanting to join in a spiritual brotherhood. We could have the first name of those who accept to become our brother or sister.

All the news these days does seem to be bad, but then, should we be all that surprised? The Holy Virgin at Garabandal gave us advance notice of what to expect and the means to prepare for it. I read only recently about Jacinta telling us about the time of the Warning when the state of the world will be ‘bad’. Reminds me of our salvation history: namely; before the Resurrection comes the Cross. No doubt our faith is being tested right now for the trials yet to come.

Every Pope since Pius X seems to be included in the Secret of Fatima. During the first apparition on 13 May 1917 Benedict XV was consecrating the future Pius XII as Bishop Pacelli and Pius XI is named in the second part of the Secret. All the rest since Roncalli are in the Third Secret?
This seems to put into context Our Lady’s words at Garabandal concerning the Number of Popes before the End Times

Hi Dennis, in my next Part I will talk about Pius XII, he was a great Pope (called by some Fatima Scholars), the Fatima Pope but I don’t fully share this opinion and will explain why, he saw the Fatima Sun Miracle himself, tried to Consecrate Russia and the Pope of the Dogma of the Assumption, unfortunately he chose not to read the Secret because he was informed via Sister Lucy about the Part concerning the Papacy and especially about the last Pope Under the control of Satan, in other Words, I can confirm without any possible doubt and since 1917, the 2 Fatima Greatest Pope were :
Number 1 : Pope Pius XII
Number 2 : Pope John Paul II
I did not include Pope Benedict XV in my research but he was also a great Pope as well, I am quite busy currently because of my personnal situation but will write more soon.
Four comments really. First, only now is the enormity of Garabandal starting to be realized. Second, given what’s ahead of us it’s important to remain calm and follow the Holy Virgins recommendations as stated in Her Messages. Thirdly, do as Conchita does: love God and do His Will. Fourth, pray for yourselves and your families.

No one who abandons themselves to the protection of the Immaculate Heart will be lost even if the Mass ended and all that remained was the “the Holy Rosary and the Sign left by My Son.” The 15 promises associated with the recitation of the Holy Rosary still stand even if the Church of Rome has fallen. For your comfort may I indulge your patience and reiterate the promises of Divine Mercy spoken by Jesus to Saint Faustina.
“I promise that the soul that will venerate My image will not perish.” (If for me that means my stay in purgatory is until the end. of the world then so be it, I know I am going to be OK for heaven is then assured for me).
“What great graces I will grant to souls who recite this Chaplet (recited for 9 consecutive days). Even if there were a sinner most hardened, if he were to recite this Chaplet only once, he would receive grace from My infinite mercy. I will fill their souls with peace, and the hour of their death will be a happy one. We are not to blame for the sins of Priests, Bishops and Popes who lead people astray and we surely must prayer that God and the Blessed Virgin will keep us safe and secure in the Truth. And we prayer for mercy on those of us who are lead astray and plead the God the Father not to attach to them any blame.

Those are the words of our Lady not from Aviso, no more Church in this Prophecy, the Rosary and the Sign left by My son ONLY, where is the Church ? Where is the Pope ? where is the Mass ? where are our Sacraments (Baptism, Marriage, Eucharist, Confession….etc…), nowhere, finished, I am very angry and that is why I will give finally more détails, no one should be allow to disobey Heaven, even less a Pope.
Yes Aviso, terrible I know and the Popes disobeying, utterly astonishing, bewildering and now the heretic. But all is not lost, not yet at least, Akita – “if men do not repent and better themselves.” So all is still conditional. And of course first must come the last opportunity for conversion given to us from Heaven, Garabandal, the Warning, Miracle and then the “Sign left by my Son.” These must happen and fail before it is deemed Akita’s terrible punishment on mankind is warranted.

n ow What! everyone just hanging on a string wondering what to do next. I cannot believe that we are all lost souls because we have followed Rome. I Will continue to live the way the Lord Asked us, pray, be kind and help others. Say the rosary every day and the divine mercy novena. Go to mass faithfully. Our Lord said the gates of hell will not prevail over the church and I believe what he said. We just have to pray harder for those that are lost, our family and friends and ask the Blessed Mother to help them and us to follow Jesus’s teachings and read the bible every day. I know there are many liberal cardinals and bishops but the blessed Mother asked us not to judge them, instead pray for them. Our Mother will help us if we ask, she will protect us and not leave us as abandon souls. pray the liturgy of hours every day and night. Its a wonderful prayer and will bring you closer to God . God is good and will save us.
Our Lord said the Gates of Hell will not prevail against the Church but we have no promise of the Church always being centred in Rome or of Rome never losing the Faith. In fact the early Church believed Rome would become pagan again in punishment for the first martyrs

So what should we do? I pray the Rosary daily and wear the Brown Scapular I also wear the Miraculous Medal. that’s really all??? We know that already from the message of the Virgin of Salette. I can imagine your desolate situation of knowing a terrible secret, it’s a terrible responsibility to be aware of what’s happening behind the scenes and to know the consequences for our familiy and for our eternal life. I think I know why you don’t want to tell us of more details you already know about. Perhaps it is not your responsibility to lift the cover of the secret.
What is more important for us to know: what consequences do we draw from your statement that Rome will lose the Faith and become the Seat of Antichrist? This is already happening in a subtle manner since VII. Does the Secret tell s.th. about what we can do to preserve our faith and to save our soul for eternal life in Heaven? When is the moment we should leave the church? How can we discern the Antichrist?
Many christians already doubt whether Pope Francis is a heretic or an apostate pope? I’m not a sedevacantist. How is it possible for us to discern the antichrist, if it should be a Pope himself? Is this the crucial part of the secret? It seems impossible, that it is a Pope? Is it perhaps a pope, whom we already know? How does it fit with the Promise of our Lord about the Petrine Office, that the gates of hell will not prevail against it? If I knew some of those shocking details I would not tell them either.
Perhaps it is not necessary for us to know the shocking details of the third Secret. What is more important for us is to know the Truths of our Catholic Faith. How could we otherwise discern whom shepard we have to follow, or from whom to keep away.
May our Lord give us some good bishops who will tell us very clearly what is the truth. Our Lord told us in the Gospel: My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. (John 10:27) But they will never follow a stranger; in fact, they will run away from him because they do not recognize a stranger’s voice. (John 10:5)
False shepards cannot hide themselves completely. They cannot avoid to reveal themselves by some subtle distinctive marks. Ambiguous language is one of their special characteristics, when we should become alert..
May the Lord give us all necessary grace of spiritual discernment, and grace to remain steadfast and to follow only Him who is our Truth.
Btw.: I read your Website since about half a year. Especially your Secret online updates and all comments about it. It helped me in some way to get a better understanding of Fatima and Garabandal.

I would like to share your sympathy for Aviso . We do not know what constraints he may be under and it would be a great responsibility to publically state that something so shocking is in the Secret. He has already told us a great deal if we take the trouble to read the updates and comments.
I think the most terrible part is that we are left without shepherds to guide us which is why Mary gave Her Immaculate Heart as our refuge and said Only She can help you

I gather from all the comets is that the 3rd secret is Rome will lose the faith and the seat of Antichrist is from Rome. I have already heard this before. But as the message is in French I( don’t know what it says as I am from the US and cannot read French. Someone please let me know what it really says. Thanks.

Aviso tells us in his native language that all his personal research about the third secret of Fatima concluded in one sentence: “Rome will loose the Faith and become the seat of Antichrist.” He will not give any more details about the Secret and will not give any comment about his conclusion.
